DHX Media wanted to revitalise the In the Night Garden brand and create a strong digital presence, accessible on both tablet and mobile, that would appeal to two very different audiences – mum and her young child.
We developed a website that works for the device and provides an empowering experience for the child using an innovation solution. We created a magical playground of activities for a traditional browser experience, then turned it into a Web App. This meant we could deliver engaging content from their favourite show in a safe and contained environment.
A deep understanding of children and parents, and how they can come together to share a content experience was key to the success of this project.
After launch, users were spending over 8 minutes on Web App content on an almost daily basis.
