Egmont approached KI wanting to create two new literary franchises for children.

We set out to crowdsource stories and workshopped with over 500 children to generate storylines, characters, names and branding. Our background in education meant that each of these sessions around the country gave the children a great experience, as well as delivering brilliant characters and stories.

Two great franchises were created – Megastar Mysteries and Too Ghoul For School – both hitting the shelves in under six months, and both getting to the top of the best-seller lists.
